hey good morning this is Monday's are not working in the review you should have printed a short packet of five one page it just helped us review a lot of the things that we covered during 4th grade start with this page and it starts with multiplication you want to be secure with multiplying multi-digit numbers so 3 42 * 6 42 * 6 * 1/6 * 2 6 * 424 + 1 is 26 3 is 8 + 22052 digits * 2 + 47 * 80 7 * 3 3 * 7 is 21 deer carry the two 3 * 4 is 1212 multiplying the 3-0 under the ones column number 56 6:30 are carry the song 8 * 4 is 32 + 32 + 5 + 7 so we have 3900 right so that's followed by some division starting with 79 / 2/7 1 * 4 is 4.7 - 4 is 3 how many Fords will and the answer is 9 9 x 4 x 36 Which is closest you can get and subtract and then we put the remainder up here hey just a reminder we can also be written as fractions to another way to write this answer and your whole number answer and then the remainder go on top of the fraction and the number you're dividing by the divisor is underneath 19 and 3/4 either way is fine all right 827 / 9 so we start by thinking how 928 * 9 is 81 subtract you get one 71 * 9 is 9 17 - 9 so we have remainder as a fraction instead of a remainder is on the bottom dinosaur 91 remainder 8 review and that's factors remember the factors are the numbers that multiply together to equal a product so it says list all the factors of 12 we could do it to them as Tears like you think of what number is 2 + 6 see you at 2, set list the factors from least to greatest because it helps not miss any factors so I always start with one the lowest doctor and then parrot with the number of salt because why * 12 what equals 12 so that is a factor pair but I'm going to least to greatest then you just kind of test the numbers as you go up so you think does 2 go into 12 so you sent two times what will 2 * 6 does three go into 12 * what's 3 * 4 and now we've in the middle there's no numbers no whole numbers between 3 and 4 so we know we have all the factors call a composite number 12 is a composite number it has more than two factors we start with the low and the High Times then were thinking of the numbers between not to see if they go into 17 in 3 does not for does not 5 does not 6 7 numbers to get to 70% to realize with the only two numbers equal 17 but 17 has exactly two factors 1 and 17 and so remember what do we call a number that has exactly two factors we call it Prime so 17 is a prime number 28 Serena start with y 1 + 28 everything just to even number plus 2 times what equals 28 or what's half of 28 14 + 3 4 * when you get a chance.
