hi everybody it's this is Colton I'm here to teach you a little bit about the point of view point of view is basically who is telling the story when you're reading a story there is a narrator point of view is a poster and there's three different ways that a story is talk to you when is first person point of view the next one is second person point of view point of view for first person point of view 1 characters telling the story the narrator refers to themselves as I an example of a first-person narrative story or point of view would be is the main character in die for second person point of view the narrator talks to the reader as if they're having a conversation so the narrator refers to the reader how do you find examples of to be the Mixed-Up Files of mrs. Basil frankweiler and another example of a little kid book called If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and lastly we have third person point of view and this is when the narrator is not a character in the story and the narrator refers to the characters by name or ABC or an example of a third person point of view but the way the two when the narrator will say and then when he does this or Tigger or Eeyore and then another example of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe the narrator refers to the characters by name soap and then also on your work for this week on at Leo I have a little description about first person second person third person narrative point of view while you're reading this week pay attention to when you're reading a chapter book what is the point of view that you're reading from is the narrator talking to you as in second or is the narrator talking in first person saying I or is the narrator in third person and using the characters names or referring to the TC or they I'll be meeting up with you again later which petite sister more fun thing I hope you're having a good time reading and I will talk to you soon happy reading everybody I miss you Vine
