hi guys today you read the next chapter chapter 9 and it was actually really short and you have a writing activity so I want to tell you about the writing activity looking at this math a lot and the writing activity is going to require you to look in your social studies book on page 232 and 2:33 and then to turn the page and look at the map in the book did this is about the three routes and look that has really good information on the map has more information in your books and when I put on my map so you're read each section about the ways you can get to California around Cape Horn across Panama and across the continent and what I asked you to do One Direction did you go to edlio open your email as I said to open an Office 365 new document put your name name at the top top for the title three routes to California in 1849 then I want you to type into your lease options one is around Cape Horn one is to Panama one is Overland Trail and under each section read and find some details were only making bullet points this is not a paragraph and it's not even full sentences it's Rich details so after reading the pages and looking at the map you're going to have a really good idea about what it was like how long it what were the hardships by the end of this activity I want you to like share it with me on Office 365 like you usually do and you should be able to find then to have decided in your head which route you would have wanted I've taken so be thinking about that while you do your research okay guys I'm really excited to see this soon
