Welcome Voyagers,

Welcome all returning and new families to the 2023-2024 school year.  My name is Carolyn Kruso, and I am honored to serve as Vista Grande’s PTA President for the upcoming school year. On behalf of the Executive Board of the PTA, we are excited to bring back many of our programs and fundraisers that we have not been able to have for the past couple years. This year we are excited to bring back the Run Club, Fun Run and our new program, International Day!  Our goal for our PTA is to focus on engaging our families and strengthening our community so that the PTA can continue to support all of the programs and services at Vista Grande that enrich our children’s lives.

The programs that are sponsored by the PTA include the Spring Festival, Assemblies, Family Movie Night, Book Fairs, Scholastic Magazines, and educational software. These programs are not possible without the generous donations of funds and time donated by parents, teachers and staff. I invite you to join the PTA and get involved!

I hope to see everyone at our monthly PTA meetings which are held the second Tuesday of every month at school. Please also sign up for our weekly Monday Message to read about what’s happening at school and the PTA. We also have a Vista Grande PTA group on Facebook.
