Hi Parents and Students!
I hope everyone is healthy and well.
The Physical Education requirements (200 Mins) for the next 2 weeks can be attained in several ways; going for a walk (with or without a dog!), playing games that raise your heart rate (online options or playing around your house) or activities such as hula hoop that build specific skills. Please complete the attached Activity tracker and return it to me when classes resume. The 200 mins can be in any form: 20 mins x10 days, 50 mins x4 days, etc, whatever best suits your schedule.
5th Grade Students; please continue to work on your sit-ups/curl-ups and cardio (the fitness test will be completed when we return to class).
